Only a short entry for this one - but a goodie!
The big drive was 4hours towards Pamplona – but first a stop on the French west coast at Biarritz. Biarritz was a fancy beach, fishing and whaling site.
It has a casino right on the beach where we decided to look for some fish and chips for lunch. We were successful in finding the frites but not the fish L. But we still managed lunch on the beach.

After lunch it was time for a swim – with 1000’s of other people! We couldn’t believe the amount of people coming down for a day at the beach at 4:30pm – but there is so much daylight its not funny.

It was only a short trip or detour but well worth it! Ahhhh this is the life xx
